Spring Break - Phoenix & Zion NP

Thank you whoever invented Spring Break - I sure need the sun and warm. We've developed a pattern of going to Arizona to visit my parents for Spring Break/Easter. Lucked out with perfect warm and sunny weather. The kids were livin' the dream to hang out at the boat, enjoy daily Circle K visits for Icees, and receive other various grandparent spoiling.

At our favorite local Mexican eatery, Lizzie decided she does like Spanish Rice.



We divided up the drive home to do some hikes in scenic Zion National Park:

The kids had an extra day off Monday when we could recover [do laundry], and spent the afternoon watching Anne of Green Gables. Does it get any better than this?

All I can say is no fair you had such gorgeous weather in Zions!! So glad you had such a fun trip. Loved seeing the AG dollies and those beautiful blond Bankhead bombshells. :)

We went to Zions too - but on Mon & Tues, so missed you by a couple days. Gorgeous!
